About the team:

In this role, you will join a fast-paced Human Resources team serving employees, managers and HR colleagues for the Trnava region. We are looking for team members who enjoy managing HR administrative processes in a global environment and have a strong interest in improving how HR delivers.

What you can look forward to as HR Representatives (m/f/d):

• Provide HR transaction support for Employee Lifecycle processes (hiring, onboarding, terminations, transfers, compensation & benefits, learning & performance, etc.) via a Ticketing System to resolve requests in a time and quality manner
• Create and deliver reports, ensure quality of transactions, actively build and develop the HR knowledge base
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve employee experience and enhance efficiency
• Complete administrative tasks, as well as analyze and solve complex HR transactions in the internal HR systems according to predetermined guidelines and procedures
• 
  Experience with the Softip system and knowledge of the Labour Code is considered an advantage
• Create documents that support the regulations of the country-specific legal environment

Your Profile as HR Representatives (m/f/d):

• Completed university degree with 1+ year of experience in Human Resources field, preferably in a Shared Services set up
• Detailed knowledge of different HR processes and HR Data Management
• Ability to complete HR processes and transactions in multiple systems successfully and simultaneously
• Passionate attention to detail while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentially, reacting quickly to problems and issues
• Service orientation, change management mind-set
• Experience using Microsoft office package, a Human Capital system (SuccessFactors is a plus) and/or a CRM system (Service Now is a plus)
• 
  Experience with the Softip system and knowledge of the Labour Law is considered an advantage
• Communicative English

Monthly wage from 1 231 € (including basic wage component *, without bonuses and premiums). The salary depends on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
