We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Representative to support our local operations in Hungary. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing day-to-day HR and administrative functions while ensuring compliance with Hungarian labor laws and company policies.
The ideal candidate is fluent in Hungarian and English, highly organized, and experienced in handling local HR administration.
Manage employee lifecycle processes (onboarding, contract preparation, probation tracking, offboarding).
Maintain and update employee records in compliance with Hungarian labor regulations.
Support payroll preparation and coordinate with external payroll providers.
Administer benefits, leave management, and time tracking.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
Assist in recruitment coordination (job postings, scheduling interviews, communication with candidates).
Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related matters.
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Handle employee documentation, certifications, and required reporting.
Oversee general office administration and local documentation.
Coordinate with external vendors, authorities, and service providers.
Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).
Support internal audits and compliance checks.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in HR administration or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Hungarian labor law and local employment practices.
Fluency in Hungarian (mandatory) and English (mandatory)
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
