Responsibilities:
• Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration
• Help maintain HR records and documentation
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Monitor compliance and assist with quality assurance tasks
• Provide general HR support to staff and leadership
Qualifications:
• 0–1 years of HR or administrative experience (willing to train the right candidate)
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable working with sensitive information
• Good communication skills and a team mindset
