JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. execution of daily HR transactions, new hires, leavers, transfers, ensuring 100% data Accuracy.
2. Develop effective working relationships with other HR Partners across TAQA Group in different sectors.
3. Identifies and implements enhancements to report formats and processes, evaluates, and updates criteria routinely, and enhances reporting as needed.
4. Understanding of HR business processes and procedures 5. Provide reporting and analytics to support the development of key HR metrics that drive forecasting capabilities and strategic insights. 6. Manage recurring and custom workforce reporting and analysis including headcount, turnover, movement, workforce design and other key HR metrics. 7. Dealing with accounting and finance department related to monthly analytical reports.
8. Prepare yearly budgeting & forecasting analysis for HR Department.
9. Prepare and Maintain Employee Cost report for each Department on monthly basis. 10. Consolidating Master Data and HR Data Reporting lead to develop and identify the HR Operations reporting requirements.
