Process Specialist

HR Admin - Reports and Analytics Associate – SME

• 3 to 5 years of experience in HR - Employee Engagement Administration and Reporting
• Work Setup: Onsite only
• Work Location: BGC Taguig
• Must be amenable to work in shifting schedules

Educational Requirements & Skills

• Graduate in any stream
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Employee Engagement Administration and Reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in SAP SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics
• Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.)
• Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
• Reporting proficiency via PowerBI or Power Query

Other Integrated Responsibilities

The Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration of employee compensation activities. This includes maintaining employee compensation records and providing support to employees and managers compensation transactions in HRMS system.

Transaction processing includes below activities:

• Manage HR communications creation and deployment, including communication draft, design, and send. Design of communications also includes planning, creating, and managing branding and graphic design for HR communication efforts.
• Manage communications development and execution for Hire to Retire processes (i.e., Talent Acquisition, Learning, etc.)
• Track efficiency and react proactively to communication needs (for strategic / org wide communications)
• Manage communication technology, software, and all internal or external channels.
• Administer, and analyze engagement survey, standard voice-of-customer (VOC) surveys, global engagement surveys (i.e., Voices), or ad hoc/pulse surveys for specific needs. This includes getting approvals from Work Councils for the surveys, allocating worker schedules for survey completion (i.e., daily shop floor communications)
• Handling survey administration logistics, and assisting with follow-up on actions taken as a result of the survey.
