Educational Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other Technical disciplines preferred.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Recruitment/Technology Hiring
• Experience in lateral hiring for IT and technology roles is mandatory.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, and other recruitment platforms.
• Strong experience in candidate screening and interview coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Good understanding of technology hiring and technical skill sets.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for Software Development, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, Product, Infrastructure, or Cybersecurity roles.
• Familiarity with recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Experience working in consulting, IT services, product, or technology-driven organization.

Talent Sourcing

• Source qualified technology professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates for ongoing and future technology hiring requirements.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify relevant candidate pools.

Candidate Screening

• Perform initial screening calls to evaluate candidate suitability based on skills, experience, compensation, notice period, and job fit.
• Assess candidate profiles against hiring requirements and shortlist qualified candidates.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Interview Coordination & Scheduling

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels.
• Manage interview calendars and follow up to ensure timely completion of interview rounds.
• Collect and track interview feedback from stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and priorities.
• Provide regular updates on candidate pipelines and interview statuses.
• Ensure a positive and professional experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Support offers rollout, document collection, and onboarding coordination.
• Generate recruitment reports and hiring metrics as required.
• Ensure recruitment processes are executed efficiently and in compliance with organizational guidelines.
