We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated HR & Recruitment Advisor to join our team in a
full-time, permanent role (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week). This role reports directly to the HR Manager and is ideal for someone passionate about HR systems and managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

About the role:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract talent
• Conduct interviews and phone screening to evaluate candidate's skills and fit for organisation
• Maintaining all employee records and HR policies in accordance with legislation and ISO standards
• Work with hiring managers and leaders to attract, select and retain top talent across its projects and corporate operations
• Managing end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
• Drafting employment contracts and HR documentation
• Assisting with internal HR projects and reporting

About you

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a recruitment role
• Strong recruitment skills across blue & trade roles
• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related discipline
• Experience with HRIS systems (Employment Hero experience advantageous)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills – written and verbal
• High attention to detail, organisational and time-management skills
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
• Previous experience in mining, engineering, or technical services is preferred
