A growing ABA services company is seeking a motivated and organized HR/Recruiter to support the company’s hiring and human resources functions. This role is ideal for someone with some prior HR or recruiting experience who can assist in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding qualified staff while supporting HR operations across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Assist with onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and compliance documentation.
Support HR initiatives, policies, and employee engagement activities.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Familiarity with recruiting platforms, HR software, and basic HR processes.
Requirements:
1–3 years of HR or recruiting experience is preferred.
Experience in healthcare or ABA services is a plus.
Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
