About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support talent acquisition initiatives. This role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, managing hiring processes, and ensuring the organization attracts and retains high-quality talent aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Post job vacancies across recruitment platforms and social media channels.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers.
Candidate Management & Engagement
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide a positive candidate experience and maintain professional engagement.
Conduct initial interviews and evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
Collaborate closely with department managers to understand hiring needs.
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback, and hiring decisions.
Support onboarding activities and joining formalities for new hires.
Ensure timely recruitment updates and reporting to management.
Recruitment Strategy & Market Research
Identify effective sourcing channels and recruitment strategies.
Stay updated with market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices.
Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Assist in developing talent acquisition plans aligned with business growth.
HR Administration & Documentation
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate databases.
Prepare offer letters, employment documentation, and recruitment reports.
Update HR systems and ensure proper documentation management.
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
Compliance & Process Improvement
Ensure recruitment processes comply with labor laws and company guidelines.
Support implementation of best recruitment practices and process improvements.
Maintain high standards of professionalism and ethical hiring practices.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Experience in real estate or sales recruitment is an advantage.
Familiarity with recruitment portals, HR systems, and sourcing techniques.
