Key Responsibilities

Recruiting

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for office admin and senior-level roles
• Source, screen, and move candidates through the hiring process efficiently

Onboarding

• Oversee the onboarding experience for new hires
• Ensure a smooth transition from offer acceptance to day one

HR Operations

• Support day-to-day HR functions as the business scales
• Serve as a go-to resource for staff across the organization

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting and HR in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable hiring across levels, from admin to senior staff
• Energetic, organized, and ready to grow with the company
