The Recruiter / Human Resources Representative supports both the recruitment and human resources functions of our caregiving agency. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new caregivers while ensuring compliance with state regulations and maintaining accurate employee records.Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding· Source, screen, and interview qualified caregiver candidates through online platforms, referrals, and community outreach.· Manage the full hiring lifecycle, from posting job openings to extending offers and completing new-hire onboarding.· Attend career fairs and partner with schools to support caregiver pipeline development.· Conduct caregiver orientations and ensure completion of all required employment documentation.· Maintain accurate employee files and HR records in compliance with state and agency requirements.

Human Resources & Compliance· Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including employee relations support, documentation, and compliance tracking.· Maintain and organize monthly state compliance audits and required records.· Monitor caregiver credentials, certifications, and required training renewals.· Support caregiver disciplinary processes in collaboration with leadership, as needed.· Assist with coordinating caregiver engagement activities and recognition programs.

Additional Duties· Assist with general office duties, including but not limited to answering phone calls, filing, and scanning documents.· Collaborate with the operations and scheduling teams to support caregiver placement and coverage as needed.· Provide administrative support to Business Development and operations teams to ensure smooth daily workflow.
Compensation: $23.00 per hour
