What you'll do:
  • Review and validate HR and payroll system solutions delivered by implementation partners.
  • Ensure solutions meet business requirements and internal quality standards.
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR and payroll processes.
  • Monitor compliance with internal policies, legal regulations, and best practices.
  • Prepare quality assurance reports, documentation, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and other internal stakeholders to drive process improvements.

What we're looking for:
  • Completed vocational education, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with HR systems, preferably SAP and payroll-related processes.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to evaluate business requirements and validate system solutions.
  • Good understanding of HR regulations and data protection principles.
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Fluent English; German is an advantage.
