HR Project Transformation Lead

Location: Cebu

Job Level: Supervisory

Business Unit: Distribution Business Group - Corporate Support (HR)

As an HR Project Transformation Lead, you will drive the AP DU HR operating model transition and the DU reorganization transition from plan to operating reality and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with HR teams and internal stakeholders to deliver results, create positive community impact and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Project Management from program planning, governance, overseeing milestones, dependencies, risks and benefits tracking across every workstream - Shared Services build, Center of
• Excellence stand-up, DU and CSU HR reshaping, service level and ticketing design and the people movements
• Change Management
• Stakeholder Management
• Process Improvement

To Succeed in this Role, we need someone who:

• has at least 8 years of experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation or transition
• programs, with substantial HR operating model, shared services, or organizational change content.
• has direct experience in HR shared services function, centralizing HR transactions or executing multi-site HR re-org
• has leadership experience
• has end-to-end program or project delivery experience with formal governance; change management plan design and
• execution across multiple groups.
• has experience in SLA and service catalogue design; ticketing or service management tool
• selection and deployment and organizational change and transition

Education & Experience:

• Degreee in Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Industrial Engineering,
• Business Administration, Organizational Development or any related discipline.
• Post-graduate qualification is an advantage

Technical / Functional Skills:

• Required or strongly preferred: project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile) and change
• management certification (PROSCI / ADKAR, CCMP or equivalent).
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma; SHRM, CIPD or HRCI.
