Job Title: HR Project Manager

We are looking for a HR Project Manager to join our organization who will be responsible for rigorous project and program management, governance, portfolio alignment, stakeholder engagement, digitalization enablement, and operational execution.

This role acts as a senior driver of HR transformation, ensuring that programs are tightly aligned with the People Strategy, HR roadmap, and enterprise-wide priorities. The individual will also serve as a senior advisor to HRLT, Portfolio Management, and HR COEs, ensuring that strategic projects are executed effectively, sustainably, and with strong business impact.

What you will do:

  • Lead the end‑to‑end management of complex HR programs from initiation through planning, execution, and closure, ensuring strong alignment with the People Strategy and overall HR portfolio.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, governance structures, schedules, budgets, and resource requirements in Planview, ensuring operational feasibility and strategic impact.
  • Drive portfolio insights, scenario planning, and strategic recommendations for the HR Portfolio Board and HRLT.
  • Ensure a high-quality stakeholder and employee experience throughout project design and implementation.
  • Provide HR leadership for M&A‑related activities, including due diligence, integration planning, culture harmonization, workforce transition, and alignment to global HR standards.
  • Lead HR workstreams related to organizational growth, workforce expansion, capability ramp‑up, and structural evolution, ensuring alignment with workforce strategy, HC outlook, and BSR cycles.
  • Support large scale expansions

What we are looking for:

  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2, CAPM, Agile/Scrum).
  • Background in HR transformation, HR systems or HR process design.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (Planview experience is an advantage).
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without authority.
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing HR or business transformation projects.
  • Strong project management skills with experience applying structured methodologies.
