Currently we are looking for:

HR Project Manager

Location: Poland (Kraków or Brzesko)/or EU countries where CANPACK has its plants/units,

Job purpose:

Lead and coordinate initiatives related to the redesign and standardization of employment structures across plants. Act as an agent supporting leaders in implementing new structures to improve effectiveness and operational performance.

Tasks/Responsibilities:

  • Contributes to the redesigning and standardization of employment structures across manufacturing plants, including job titles, job descriptions, and headcount models.
  • Coordinates collaboration with local plant teams, organizing meetings with Operations, HR, and plant leaders to review current organizational structures and define target solutions.
  • Supports workforce planning process, working with local stakeholders to analyze current and planned staffing.
  • Monitors compliance with the target organizational structure, tracking progress of implementation and identifying deviations from defined employment model.
  • Supports the development and implementation of new operational roles (e.g. Area leaders, Multiskilled Operators etc.) including defining role purpose and responsibilities.
  • Contributes to the standardization of operational documents, supporting developing SOPs and video SOPs presenting operations performed by line workers.
  • Facilitates organizational alignment, helping leaders understand and adopt new roles and responsibilities.
  • Acts as a change agent, supporting cultural transformation towards standardized, transparent, and performance-oriented organizational practices across manufacturing plants.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Economy or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, organizational development, project management, or similar role.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing environments and operational structures
  • Familiarity with the change management principles.
  • Analytical skills and ability to work with organizational data
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools (Power BI).
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders,
  • Fluent in English (C1)
  • Willingness to travel (the need to travel on business – approx. 25-30% of the time
