About the Team
The E-commerce R&D team is looking for an HR Project Coordinator to support a variety of HR projects amidst the rapid growth of the E-commerce R&D team, focusing on areas such as office arrangements, immigration compliance, enhancing employee experience, and event coordination.
Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Support various HR projects; ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Projects may include seat allocation, immigration request coordination, employee experience initiatives, and event planning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners. Assist with communications regarding project status, updates, and potential challenges.
- Employee Experience: Develop and implement initiatives aimed at improving the overall employee experience, addressing any employee concerns, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Event Coordination: Assist with coordinating company events to enhance team cohesion and company culture.
- Reporting and Analysis: Collect and summarize data for reports on the progress and outcomes of HR projects.
