Job Description

Your Contribution

Supports the Global Process Owners and Global Key Users of the global CoE HR Processes & Digitization in establishing globally harmonized processes, as well as digitalization activities and initiatives. Furthermore, this role represents regional and country-specific requirements, aligning them with globally defined processes and systems. Acts as a regional ambassador for HR digitalization, global standardization, harmonization, simplification, and innovation within MAHLE.

  • Support the implementation of global HR processes across countries within the region of responsibility
  • Ensure that global definitions, guidelines, and standards are consistently applied at the country level
  • Provide regional HR process and system support in alignment with global guidance
  • Support training and enablement for new applications and functionalities
  • Facilitate the integration of regional perspectives and resources into global projects
  • Provide additional expertise and resources for value-critical projects
  • Define and implement additional regional HR business processes in alignment with globally defined processes, ensuring regional requirements are addressed
  • Define and implement regional approval and signature processes in alignment with global standards
  • Ensure up-to-date process documentation, training materials, guidelines, and process designs for regional and country-specific processes (supported within respective SSC)
  • Identify issues, resolve them where possible, or escalate to the responsible department (depending on the incident)
  • Maintain and adapt Q&A documentation for regional SSC HR and SSC IT regarding regional and country-specific processes
  • Support regional and country-related testing, including coordination and documentation
  • Act as the central point of contact for country-specific HR processes and digitalization needs within the region, including assessment and escalation to the Global HR Processes & Digitization CoE
  • Report on and monitor regional and local KPIs

Your Experience & Qualifications

  • Educational background in HR and/or IT is an advantage
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR projects within an international business environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Thai & English; additional language skills are a plus (e.g., Japanese)
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment with diverse stakeholders
  • Solid knowledge and experience in:
  • HR processes and systems
    - Process and documentation management
    - User Experience Design (UX)
    - Implementation of business-oriented and value-added solutions
    - Integrated HR IT systems and processes (on-premise and cloud) and their interdependencies
    - Operational HR processes and practices within the region of responsibility
    - Global HR IT concepts and dependencies
    - HR IT applications such as SAP HCM (PA, PY, PT, OM, ESS, MSS), SuccessFactors, UKG, etc.
    - Lean process management and continuous improvement
    - HR IT-related process design
  • Ability to work at MAHLE Services (Thailand) Ltd. – Kingkaew Soi 33, Samut Prakan, with a hybrid working environment
