HR Processes and Systems SME, Business Process and System Support

You could be our next HR Processes and Systems SME, shaping how global HR processes are delivered through SAP SuccessFactors (PeoplePoint).
If you enjoy working at the intersection of HR, IT, and data - solving complex system challenges end to end, this role is built for you.

If it sounds like you, why don’t you join Lundbeck in Krakow, a certified Great Place to Work in, and get your brain in the game?

Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

As an HR Processes and Systems SME, you will play a key role in configuring, running, and continuously improving our global HR platforms, primarily SAP SuccessFactors (PeoplePoint). You will translate HR business needs into robust system solutions, ensure high data quality, and support critical global HR processes. You will also contribute to system testing and training, process improvements, as well as data reporting and analytics.

In this role, you will provide second-level technical support, assist the business in resolving system and process exceptions, manage changes and documentation, and work closely with senior colleagues and your team manager to deliver stable, high-quality HR system operations.

Your future team

You will join Business Process and System Support (BPSS), part of IT Business Support Services, based in GBS Krakow. BPSS is a global SAP platform team supporting Finance, Procurement, and HR systems.

We work closely with Finance, HR, IT, Global Process Owners, and vendors, focusing on clear ownership, strong governance, and high-quality delivery. Our culture values accountability, collaboration, and pragmatic problem-solving - while maintaining a supportive and informal team atmosphere.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience administering or supporting HR systems (preferably SAP SuccessFactors).
  • Solid experience in designing, delivering, or improving HR processes.
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures, integrations, and reporting.
  • Experience working with incidents, changes, and system release.
  • Very good Excel skills.
  • Fluent English.
  • Analytical and investigative mindset, with the ability to connect system behaviour with business processes.
  • Strong sense of ownership, proactive approach to improvements, and comfort working independently.
  • Ability to confidently collaborate with and challenge stakeholders at different levels of the organization
