Help shape the future of our global HR function. As our HR PMO of our global HR Portfolio & CHRO Office, you will be the partner to the CHRO and HRLT, driving the execution of our global HR agenda, enabling effective governance, and ensuring key initiatives deliver measurable business impact. This is a highly visible role where strategy meets execution, requiring exceptional organization, stakeholder management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic international environment.
What you will be doing
Drive the global HR strategic portfolio, ensuring initiatives are prioritized, governed, and delivered in line with business objectives.
Partner closely with the CHRO, coordinating priorities, executive communications, leadership meetings, and board-ready presentations.
Establish and continuously improve project management standards, governance frameworks, and portfolio reporting across the global HR function.
Monitor programme progress, risks, dependencies, budgets, and milestones, ensuring timely execution and measurable outcomes.
Lead HR governance forums and steering committees, facilitating decision-making and ensuring accountability for agreed actions.
Support global HR integration and harmonization initiatives, fostering alignment across regions, functions, and joint venture partners to enable a unified One HR approach.
Develop executive dashboards and people analytics that translate HR data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
Build strong relationships across HR, business leaders, and Centres of Excellence, influencing stakeholders and driving collaboration without direct authority.
What we’re looking for
Significant experience in HR PMO, strategic programme management, HR transformation, or a similar senior HR leadership role within a global organization.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and organizational discipline.
Strong programme and portfolio management skills, with experience implementing governance frameworks, tracking delivery, and managing executive reporting.
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to transform data into meaningful business insights and recommendations.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with experience preparing executive-level and board-ready materials.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills, capable of building credibility across senior leaders, HR teams, and cross-functional partners
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and evolving international environment, balancing competing priorities with agility and resilience.
A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset with high levels of professionalism, diplomacy, and integrity.
