Position Details

1. HR System Planning & Design

- Planning, design, introduction, and operation of company-wide evaluation, compensation, and grading systems
- Identifying human resource issues through data analysis and planning and implementing measures to solve problems

2. Workforce Management & Talent Management
- Developing and managing company-wide personnel cost budgets.
- Analyzing and monitoring HR data such as workforce composition, turnover rates, performance review results, and compensation, and maintaining dashboards (using Workday).
- Planning and responding to human capital disclosure requirements.

3. Global HR Planning
- Gathering and analyzing information for the design of global HR guidelines and policies.
- Liaising and coordinating with overseas offices.

4. Other
- Special assignments.
- Participating in and driving internal team projects and cross-departmental projects (including project management).

Upon joining the company, you will primarily be responsible for the planning and operation within the Workforce Management and Talent Management domains. Subsequently, there is a possibility that your assignments will expand on a project basis, depending on your preferences and aptitude.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- Experience in HR operations at a business company or consulting in the field of HR (both with at least 3 years of work experience)

- Experience communicating in an English-speaking environment (e.g., professional use including emails, or study abroad).
