As a People Partner, you will play a vital role in supporting and empowering our employees throughout their journey with Sofia Stars From onboarding to career growth, employee relations, and internal mobility, you will ensure a seamless, engaging, and high-performance workplace. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help shape our people strategies, enhance employee experience, and drive organizational success.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one meetings to provide personalized support and guidance to employees;
- Assist in employee relations, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work culture;
- Support final interview processes, collaborating with Heads and Team Leads to ensure strong hiring decisions;
- Lead onboarding sessions at key milestones;
- Provide HR policy consulting, offering guidance on employment agreements, leave policies, and workplace regulations;
- Offer benefits consulting to ensure employees understand and maximize their benefits.
- Facilitate relocation support, helping employees transition smoothly with welcome meetings and assistance;
- Oversee promotions and internal movements, supporting career development and horizontal mobility within teams;
- Utilize HR analytics to provide data-driven insights for recruitment and HR decision-making.
Role Requirements:
- Proven experience in HR;
- Strong knowledge of employee relations, onboarding, HR policies, and internal mobility;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Experience with HR systems and analytics tools is a plus;
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
