HR & Payroll Specialist with Spanish

Hybrid from Wroclaw

(2 days per week in the office)

Successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Perform tasks and functions ordered by supervisor

• Handling employees queries via phone, chat and mail

• Accomplishand reportthe status of all required training

• Contact with Spanish governmental entities

• Creating, reviewing and verifyingincoming and outgoing documentation

• archivingall required documents both in electronic form

• preparing reportsconcerning the personnel administration process

If you:

• have an excellent command of English and Spanish

• have Bachelors' / Masters' degree

• are open-minded, positive and stress resistantperson

• have can-do attitude

• have basic MS Office product knowledge

• have customer orientation

• have SAP/SuccessFactors and ServiceNow knowledge - as an asset!
