Manage and maintain daily employee payroll transactions and personnel incidents for accurate payroll processing and employee compensa
tion.
Serve as the primary contact with Corporate regarding SAP system reporting, maintenance, and updates.
Provide internal customer service by resolving employee inquiries related to payroll concepts, deductions, and pay statements.
Administer, monitor, and apply employee benefits offered by the company.
Participate in internal and external audits related to Accounting and Social Security compliance.
Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives and process automation projects to enhance payroll and HR operations
Knowledge of Tress and SAP payroll/accounting systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Knowledge of INFONAVIT, FONACOT, and payroll income tax (ISR).
Understanding of labor and tax legislation.
