HR Payroll Specialist - 2 years contract

Location Giarmata, Romania

YOUR TASKS

Manage, process, and maintain payroll-related data, including attendance records, leave (annual and medical), compensation, deductions, and document archiving.Maintain and update payroll system records related to employee benefitsGenerate, review, and distribute pay slips to employees.Provide employees with clear information and support regarding salary calculations and payroll-related inquiries.Prepare and deliver regular and ad-hoc payroll reports for the management team.Analyze payroll data and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree.Knowledge of SAP HR is an advantage.Proven experience in payroll operations.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High level of accuracy with strong attention to detail.Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
