Your Everyday at Nexi
As a HR & Payroll Senior Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Rzeszów. Together, we deliver reliable HR and payroll services, manage employee administration and benefits, ensure compliance with labor and payroll regulations, and support employees throughout their employment journey.

About Your Future Role
In this position, you will:

  • Independently calculate payroll, benefits, and other employee-related payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations
  • Manage end-to-end HR and payroll administration throughout the employee lifecycle
  • Settle civil law contracts and ensure proper documentation and payroll processing
  • Prepare and submit statutory payroll and HR documents, declarations, and settlements for ZUS, Personal Income Tax (PIT), GUS, and PFRON
  • Maintain complete and accurate employee, contractor, and payroll documentation in line with legal requirements
  • Handle employee benefits administration, including Social Benefits Fund, PPK, medical care, insurance, and other benefit programs
  • Support employees and managers in HR and payroll-related matters, providing guidance on internal processes and regulations
  • Cooperate with external institutions, including ZUS, Tax Office, National Labour Inspectorate, and GUS
  • Work with HR and payroll systems (ERP Optima, Płatnik), ensuring data accuracy and integrity
  • Monitor changes in labor law, social security, and tax regulations, implementing necessary updates in HR and payroll processes
  • Participate in HR and payroll projects aimed at improving efficiency, compliance, and employee experience
  • Support audits, internal controls, and compliance-related activities within the HR and payroll area
  • Cooperate with HR, Finance, and other business functions to ensure smooth employee administration and payroll operations

What We Value in You
We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR and payroll, including independent payroll calculation – mandatory
  • Good knowledge of Płatnik and ERP Optima – mandatory
  • Good command of English (min. B2)
  • Practical knowledge of Polish labor law, tax regulations, social insurance, and payroll processes
  • Experience in personnel administration and employee lifecycle management
  • Experience in employee benefits administration (e.g., PPK, Social Benefits Fund, medical care, insurance)
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of processes
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Advanced MS Excel skills will be considered an advantage
  • Experience cooperating with external institutions and supporting audits will be considered an advantage
