The HR Payroll Technical Specialist supports the maintenance, and enhancement of integrations between Workday, ADP, and other payroll‑related systems. The position partners closely with Payroll Operations, Integration Developers, Quality Engineers, Support Teams, and external vendors to ensure accurate, timely, and secure transmission of payroll‑critical data across multiple systems.
The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with ADP Payroll integrations, foundational payroll process knowledge, and strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. They are comfortable working in a production support environment—coordinating incident resolution, validating data mappings, supporting testing cycles, maintaining documentation, and contributing to process improvements and automation efforts. This role is suited for a detail‑oriented, technically curious individual eager to deepen their expertise in HRIS integrations, payroll interfaces, and secure file‑exchange operations.
