SUB-FUNCTION: Payroll
LINE OF BUSINESS: Raya Customer Experience
REPORTING TO: Supervisor (Human Resources – Payroll).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Experience:
2–4 years of experience in Payroll or HR Operations, preferably in a BPO / CX / large workforce environment
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of payroll calculations, taxes, and social insurance.
Very good command of Excel (VLOOKUP, IF, Pivot Tables).
Experience with HRIS / payroll systems is a plus.
Good knowledge of the Egyptian Labor Law
Behavioral & Soft Skills:
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong sense of confidentiality and integrity.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Team player with a proactive attitude.
Experience in shift-based or high headcount payroll
Knowledge of labor law updates
Dynamic and fast-paced environment
