HR Payroll Coordinator

This flexible role is a great fit for an experienced HR/payroll professional who may be in a retirement era, pausing a traditional full-time career for caregiving or family responsibilities, or simply looking to contribute meaningful expertise on a part-time basis.

Join Reserve Squad as a Reservist to provide HR payroll, recruiting, and onboarding support in a project-based role. This is a hybrid opportunity averaging approximately 10 hours per week, mostly remote, with one day per week in the Cincinnati office, preferred on Wednesdays

The ideal candidate will have strong HR operations experience, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to support smooth payroll processing, recruiting coordination, and new hire onboarding.

Required/Preferred Experience:

  • Must have experience with ADP

  • Minimum of 5 years of payroll experience required

  • Prior experience as an HR Coordinator, HR Operations Coordinator, and/or Payroll Specialist

  • Strong organizational skills and comfort working independently

  • Ability to handle confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion
