Op onze site in Middelburg produceren wij hoogwaardige, gespecialiseerde chemische producten binnen de Adhesives sector. Samen met onze klanten bedenken we oplossingen om de markt te kunnen voorzien van allerlei toepassingen. Onze producten en processen zijn continue in ontwikkeling om goed in te blijven spelen op de vraag van de wereld van morgen. Veiligheid, kwaliteit en duurzaamheid zijn hierbij essentieel.
Onze locatie in Middelburg bestaat al zo’n 60 jaar en was voorheen bekend onder de naam Eastman. Sinds 4 jaar is de site in Middelburg onderdeel van Synthomer. Het hoofdkantoor van Synthomer staat in Londen en wereldwijd werken we met circa 4.000 collega’s. Voor Synthomer Middelburg zijn 240 medewerkers werkzaam, waarvan 30 op ons kantoor in Rotterdam.
De HR & Payroll administrator is werkzaam in Middelburg. De functie heeft als doel het nauwkeurig beheren van personeels-, aanwezigheids- en salarisadministratie en bijbehorende administratieve HR-werkzaamheden voor onze locaties in Middelburg, Rotterdam en België.
Het voorbereiden van de salarisadministratie maakt een belangrijk onderdeel uit van de functie.
