Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and business-oriented HR Partner to join our Tech Consulting organization in Finland. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, supporting strategic business goals through strong HR partnership, organizational development, and people-focused initiatives.

You will work closely with business leaders across a dynamic consulting environment, contributing to HR strategies, driving organizational effectiveness, and enabling a high-performing and engaging workplace culture.

This is an opportunity for a senior HR professional who enjoys working in a complex, fast-paced international environment and wants to influence both people and business outcomes.

Your responsibilities

• Partner with leaders and managers on strategic and operational HR matters
• Advise and support managers and employees in areas such as organizational development, performance management, employee relations, talent management, and change management
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business objectives
• Lead or participate in cross-functional and cross-country HR initiatives and projects
• Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, practices, and employee experience
• Support organizational transformation, workforce planning, and capability development
• Use data and business insight to support decision-making and people-related strategies
• Collaborate with HR colleagues and business stakeholders across the organization
• Build strong internal networks and act as an HR expert and sparring partner within your area of responsibility

What we are looking for

• Several years of experience in a senior HR Business Partner or HR Partner role, preferably within consulting, technology, or other fast-paced expert organizations
• Strong understanding of modern HR practices and employment legislation in Finland
• Ability to handle complex HR topics with confidence, professionalism, and sound judgment
• Proven experience supporting leaders in organizational change and business transformation
• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
• Commercial mindset and strong understanding of business operations and organizational dynamics
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams and functions
• Experience working in international or matrix organizations is considered an advantage
• Fluency in English and Finnish
