About the role and the team
As our new HR Partner/People Partner, you will join the Nordic People Advisory team covering Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland.
You will primarily support employees and first-line managers in Sweden, and also work with colleagues across the Nordic region. The role covers a broad range of people processes and employee matters. You will be part of a collaborative team and contribute to delivering consistent HR support and implementing people initiatives locally.

What You Bring
We imagine that you have a few years of experience from a broad HR role, for example as an HR Partner, HR Generalist, or in a similar position. You have a good understanding of Swedish labour law and are comfortable supporting managers in everyday people matters.
We are looking for someone who is pragmatic, service-minded, and comfortable switching between advisory work and more hands-on HR tasks. You enjoy working closely with managers and colleagues, and you contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Our daily tools include Workday and ServiceNow, so we would like you to be familiar with modern HR systems. Knowledge of the Microsoft environment, in particular Excel, will be needed in this role.
