Job Overview

The HR Partner III serves as a trusted partner to leaders in driving organizational eƯectiveness through performance management, employee development, engagement initiatives, and HR compliance. The role ensures the eƯective implementation of people programs, supports manager capability building, oversees training governance and regulatory compliance, and collaborates cross-functionally to foster a high-performing, engaged, and compliant workforce.

What your background should look like:

• 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in HR generalist or HR operations roles.
• Experience in coordinating learning & development programs or managing training records.
• Demonstrated experience maintaining employee data.Good communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with employees.
• Proactive, service minded, and adaptable to a dynamic working environment.
• English Communication at an intermediate level, including routine conversations, simple business writing, and understanding work-related documents.
