
HR Business Partner: this role serves as a strategic HR partner to senior managers in Brazil, supporting multiple business units and functions while providing guidance on a broad range of people-related matters. The position drives the execution of HR initiatives aligned with business objectives by advising leaders on HR policies, employee relations, and talent strategies, while leveraging data to support decision-making. It plays a key role in workforce planning, talent development, change management, and employee engagement initiatives. The role also collaborates closely with HR Shared Services and may serve as a country hub leader, ensuring effective delivery of HR support across the geography.

Acts as a trusted HR advisor and local subject matter expert, building strong partnerships with stakeholders across functions and regions while providing guidance on complex people-related matters and local market practices.
Enables business success through strategic HR partnership, helping leaders navigate change, address workforce challenges, strengthen employee engagement, and align people strategies with broader business objectives.
What you'll do
Support managers (SLT-4 and below) with HR related initiatives that support business and organizational objectives. Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures and coach leaders through employee related matters. Across the region, supporting moderate businesses criticality and moderate ratio manager support.
Collaborate with managers to identify talent needs and support workforce planning efforts.
Assist in succession planning and talent pipeline development for critical roles.
Assist in the implementation ofHR initiatives that support business and organizational objectives. Across the region, supporting all client groups.
Assist in the rollout of change initiatives, ensuring alignment with HR strategy and business goals.
Partner with managers to analyze engagement survey results and develop action plans.
Maintain ongoing communication with strategic HR leaders supporting SLT-1 and SLT-2/3 within the same business unit to ensure alignment, share insights, and enable coordinated talent strategies.
Guide managers through the performance review cycle, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
Stay current oncountry specific processes and latest local regulation.
Consult with functional HR BPs on country specific requirements during the employee lifecycle (e.g. hiring, firing).
Serve as Country representative for governance (i.e., benefits, pension schemes, rate range, legislative reports, and audits).
Is the spokesperson for works council/ unions if applicable.
Leverage data to make informed decisions, optimize/streamline processes, make recommendations and report back.
Partner with HRSSC on HR related transactions such as organizational changes, job changes, and other HRSSC ticketing related activities.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
Master's degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field is desire.
6 or more years of experience in Human Resources leading core HR processes
Broad HR experience with foundational knowledge of HR principles and practices.
Customer-facing experience delivering HR solutions to diverse internal stakeholders.
Exposure to employee relations, onboarding, and conflict resolution.
Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
Experience in talent management, change management and data analytics.
Experience leading, coaching and consulting on business and HR initiatives.
