Job Description


Enjaz is
looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Engagement Executive to
manage inbound leads and conduct outbound follow-up calls to nurture prospects
and drive conversions. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of
contact for potential clients, ensuring timely communication, understanding
client needs, and guiding them through the early stages of the sales process.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong customer service.
Experience, and a high level of English proficiency.


Responsibilities


  • Respond
    promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries.

  • Conduct

    outbound follow-up calls

    with potential clients to nurture leads, answer
    questions, and encourage conversion.

  • Engage
    with prospects through multiple communication channels including phone calls,
    email, WhatsApp, and messaging platforms.

  • Qualify
    leads by understanding client needs, requirements, and expectations.

  • Present
    company services clearly and provide accurate information to prospective
    clients.

  • Maintain
    consistent follow-up with leads to maximized engagement and conversion
    opportunities.

  • Update
    and manage customer information, communication history, and lead status in CRM
    systems.

  • Track
    response times and follow-up activities to ensure high service standards.

  • Share
    customer feedback and lead insights with marketing and business development.

  • Represent
    the company professionally and deliver an excellent customer experience.


Requirements


  • Bachelor’s
    degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

  • 3-5
    years of experience in customer service, lead management, or client relations.

  • Strong
    understanding of HR outsourcing services (e.g., recruitment, payroll, training,
    compliance)

  • Fluent
    in

    English (spoken and written)

    is mandatory.

  • Strong
    verbal communication skills and confidence in handling both inbound and
    outbound calls.

  • Ability
    to build rapport quickly and engage effectively with potential clients.

  • Experience
    using CRM systems and lead tracking tools (HubSpot, Apollo ai.).

  • Strong
    organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proactive
    mindset with strong follow-up discipline.

  • Experience
    in sales support or lead conversion is a strong advantage.
