About the Role
As an HR Associate within our Global HR Organisational Management team, you will be at the heart of how Swiss Re manages its global workforce structure. About the Team
You will be joining the HR Organisational Management team a dedicated group of Associates and Specialists responsible for maintaining Swiss Re’s global organisation and position structure. The team serves as a global data maintenance governance function, overseeing reorganisations across Swiss Re, ensuring data is entered in accordance with global guidelines, and performing personnel administration tasks. The team also consults with the wider HR community and other business functions on the system implementation of reorganisations, making it a central and highly connected function within the organisation.
This role offers a unique opportunity to work with HR teams across the globe, collaborate within a multinational team, deepen your knowledge of Swiss Re’s organisational management, gain valuable exposure in the local Bratislava office, and work with a range of HR systems.

For Slovakia the base salary range for this position is between EUR 1300 and EUR 2200 per month (for a full-time role). The specific salary offered considers:
the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience.
In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. Further you will enjoy a variety of global and location specific benefits.
