The opportunity:

We are inviting applications for the role of HR Operations Service Specialist I in the Employee Lifecycle Management (ELCM) team, supporting NAM and MEA.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, ensuring accurate master data, smooth HiNext (Workday) processes, and high-quality HR service delivery. You will play a key role in maintaining data integrity, compliance, and seamless employee experience while working with global stakeholders.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Manage employee master data transactions in HiNext (Workday) across the entire employee lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Review and validate data updates submitted by stakeholders to ensure completeness, correctness, and compliance with policies.

  • Process key employee data changes, including personal details (name, date of birth, address), bank and payment updates, job and organizational changes, supervisory structure updates, and cross-country or cross-entity transfers.

  • Handle employee lifecycle requests through MyHR and ticketing systems, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in line with company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Perform regular data validation and audits to ensure high data quality, proactively identifying and resolving discrepancies to maintain system integrity.

  • Adhere to defined SOPs, SLAs, and internal controls while supporting audit and compliance requirements related to employee data.

  • Provide support for Employee Self-Service (ESS) and Manager Self-Service (MSS) queries, enhancing user experience and adoption.

  • Act as the first point of contact for employee and manager queries related to master data and lifecycle processes.

  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, managers, payroll, COEs, and IT teams to ensure timely resolution of requests and issues.

  • Deliver accurate and timely resolutions within defined SLA timelines, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, simplification, and automation to drive efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance employee experience.

  • Participate in quality initiatives, audits, and knowledge-sharing activities to support continuous improvement.

  • Generate reports and perform ad-hoc data analysis to monitor and improve data quality, while continuously learning and applying innovative approaches.

  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

  • 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or data management roles.

  • Willingness to work in a night shift (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM) in an office-based (on-site) environment.

  • Prior experience with Workday (HiNext) and ServiceNow will be an added advantage.

  • Good understanding of HR Operations and end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, experience in US region would be preferred

  • Good problem-solving skills and ability to manage high volumes of work and consistently meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in MS Office tools, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Quick learner with a willingness to adapt and grow.

  • Proactive and solution-oriented approach, with a strong “can-do” attitude to support stakeholders
