Job Title – HR Operations Team Leader

Business Area/Directorate –Director General - Corporate

Location - Saughton House

Working Arrangement – Staff in roles compatible with hybrid working should aim to spend 40% of their contracted working time working in person at their contractual workplace. More information can be found within Hybrid Working Policy

Grade - B1

Advert type - Level Transfer

Duration - 9 months

Skilled Worker Sponsorship not being offered

An opportunity has arisen for a temporary role within the Family Pay Team to provide cover for a 9-month maternity leave period.

Key responsibilities

  • Team leader responsibilities for 3 x A4 Administrators
  • Manage the work allocation of Family Pay cases
  • Contribute to the wider running of HR Shared Services to ensure smooth delivery of monthly Payroll
  • Provide guidance and support to the team when dealing with customer queries and escalations.

Person Specification

  • Proven ability to manage or support Administrators or casework.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Working Pattern
