Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Systems & Payroll Specialist to support HR operations and payroll across the MEA region. This role is responsible for maintaining the integrity of employee data within SuccessFactors, administering employee lifecycle processes, managing employment documentation, and ensuring accurate and compliant payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and audit employee data within SuccessFactors and support organisational structure changes.
  • Administer employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, promotions, transfers, contract changes, and terminations within SuccessFactors.
  • Prepare employment contracts, transfer and promotion letters, and related employee documentation.
  • Process and reconcile monthly MEA payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare payroll journals, reconciliations, variance reports, and payroll-to-GL reporting.
  • Support audits, statutory reporting, and compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers to resolve payroll and employee-related queries.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or Diploma in HR, Payroll, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Finance or HR Systems Administration.
  • Strong working knowledge of SuccessFactorsand payroll systems.
  • Proven experience with payroll accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability.
  • Experience supporting multi-country payrolls within the MEA region would be advantageous.
