As a German Speaking HR Operations Specialist, you will support HR administration and employee lifecycle processes for our Austrian organization. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality HR services, ensuring data accuracy, compliance and an excellent employee experience.
Your tasks:
► Managing incoming HR requests through the ticketing system, including prioritization, tracking, resolution and escalation of cases
► Providing support, information and guidance in designated areas of the employee lifecycle with a customer- and quality-oriented mindset
► Processing HR administration tasks related to contract management and compensation & benefits
► Maintaining and updating employee records in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (OM/PM) while ensuring data accuracy and integrity
► Managing and maintaining process-related attributes in SAP HR Core
► Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners in Austria to clarify requests and provide status updates
► Ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, company policies and data protection requirements
► Handling confidential employee information with accuracy and discretion
► Contributing to the creation, maintenance and continuous improvement of HR process documentation
► Identifying opportunities to optimize HR processes and service delivery
► University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Humanities or a related field
► 1–3 years of experience in HR Services, HR Administration or a comparable support function
► Experience working with SAP HR systems; SAP SuccessFactors experience is an advantage
► Proficient user of MS Office applications
► Strong written and verbal communication skills
► Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
► Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
► Understanding of confidentiality and data protection principles when handling employee information
► Structured, self-organized and service-oriented personality with excellent time management skills
► Fluent German language skills (C1) both written and spoken
► Intermediate English language skills (B1) both written and spoken
► Hungarian language knowledge is not required, but considered an advantage
