Job Description

What will you do?

HR Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate HR processes and ensure timely follow-up on tasks, deadlines, and action items.
  • Maintain HR documentation, employee records, trackers, and process-related materials.
  • Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Organize meetings, document key decisions, and track execution of follow-up actions.
  • Demonstrate responsiveness and agility in addressing requests and priorities from multiple business units and stakeholders.

HR Policies & Compliance

  • Support the maintenance and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Israeli labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and documentation in line with internal requirements.
  • Track and follow up on decisions, directives, and operational requirements from regional and global stakeholders.

Communication & Stakeholder Support

  • Prepare employee communications, presentations, and HR-related materials.
  • Support organizational changes and communication initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR team members, managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

What do you need to bring with you?

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR, HR Operations, or HR Administration.
  • Strong familiarity with Israeli labor law and employment practices ( must-have).
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders is an advantage.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent follow-up, coordination, and execution capabilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew and English.
