Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Employee Support

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions and requests.
  • Assist employees in navigating HR processes, programs, and resources.
  • Provide timely follow-up and coordination to ensure employee concerns are addressed.

Transition & Change Support

  • Support employees through organizational and administrative changes.
  • Help coordinate employee communications, training sessions, informational meetings, and onboarding activities.
  • Monitor employee questions and identify recurring themes requiring additional communication or support.
  • Assist with creating and maintaining employee reference materials and guides.

Onboarding & Employee Experience

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and transitioning employees.
  • Support orientation sessions and employee introductions to company programs and resources.
  • Help ensure employees have a positive and seamless experience during key employment milestones.

HR Operations Support

  • Assist with HR documentation, reporting, tracking, and administrative projects.
  • Support compliance-related recordkeeping and document management activities.
  • Partner with members of the HR team to ensure timely completion of operational initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

  • 3+ years of HR, employee services, onboarding, or HR operations experience.
  • Strong customer service mindset and ability to handle sensitive employee issues professionally.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience supporting employees during periods of change, growth, integration, or business transformation preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
