Your role and responsibilities
In this role you will have the opportunity to deliver outstanding service assistance related to Employee Life Cycle to the HR community, business managers and employees. Each day, you will assist internal customers with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders in the Baltic team. You will also showcase your expertise in the field of HR.

The work model for the role is: hybrid, twice a week in the office #LI-Hybrid


This role is contributing to the HR Services in Tallinn, Ülemiste City.


You will be mainly accountable for

  • Executes and delivers Employee Lifecycle and compensation standard operational activities in compliance with agreed business processes in a timely, accurate and customer-focused manner, showing an end-to-end responsibility

  • Ensure that systems (SAP) and other databases have up-to-date employee and organizational information with high data quality and accuracy and provide reports where needed

  • Work on process excellence within own area of responsibility and recommend process improvements, supporting implementation of the improvements

  • Building relationships with HR colleagues within the ABB organization to ensure ongoing service delivery effectiveness

Qualifications for the role

  • You have some experience in a similar role

  • The ability to demonstrate your experience in computer, including MS Office programs, SAP and Workday will be beneficial

  • The ability to manage multiple demands on your time and to work in cross-functional teams

  • A collaborative, solution-focused approach and written and spoken communication skills

  • Outstanding teamwork and can-do attitude

  • You are at ease communicating in English and Estonian
