About this Position
Coordinating and executing payroll related processes and activities, ensuring effective operations management in compliance wtih corporate standards, statutory regulations and regional/local laws. Supporting the execution of payroll operations' transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
What you´ll do
• Ensures HR practices and policies are in compliance with corporate standards, statutory regulations and laws
• Responsible for full payroll processing including conducting various calculation, quality check, banking, and reporting
• Processes taxation, social security, and benefits administration
• Coordinates and executes the HR activities and administrative tasks to ensure effective day-to-day HR operations and case management
• Maintains data, including salaries, payroll taxes and fringe allowances

• Handles inquiries from employees, HR, and other business team
• Drives process continuous improvement, participates in projects and initiatives related to payroll and HR operations
• Supports internal and external audits
• Supports local HR with administration of HR internal processes and operations
• Facilitates daily employee lifecycle management operations
• Maintains accurate employee records and profiles, ensuring data integrity in HR systems such as SAP
• Prepares employment-related documents (contracts amendments, employee letters, etc)
• Collaborates and cooperates with with internal parties and HR colleagues on daily basis (HRBPs, Payroll, HR Systems, etc)
• Ensures compliance with corporate standards and local government requirements
What makes you a good fit
• Master's degree in human resources or equivalent
• Successful experience in similar position within a multinational preferably an FMCG (Industry)
• Good mastery of local labor law and regulations
• Good Mastery of Payroll notions and execution
• Organized, Team player, strong Soft Skills specially communication aspects
• English is highly recommended, Fluency also in French and Arabic
