Job Description

The HR Specialist role delivers day-to-day HR operational services, administration and documentation support ensuring simple, accurate and timely HR service delivery in partnership with HR Shared Services and the Centers of Excellence. They serve as the frontliners in addressing day-to-day administrative and operational needs of employees.

Responsibilities:

HR Advisory and Culture Modeling

• Support HR advisory and respond to employee inquiries
• Model Group Purpose, Values and Leadership behaviors in daily HR practice

HR Operations & Compliance

• Process HR transactions accurately and maintain HR performance trackers
• Maintain and ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records
• Support audits and governance

ER, Performance & Succession Documentation

• Assist in ER documentations
• Maintain performance and succession records
• Track deadlines and follow-through

Engagement & HR Program Support

• Support employee engagement initiatives
• Assist in employee engagement survey administration and action planning
• Facilitate/initiate/support HR programs

Change Management & Communication

• Facilitate creation of OpCo specific communications, and or collaterals
• Ensure proper release of HR communications in a timely manner
• Executes assigned HR processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 3-4 years HR experience with basic knowledge/experience on labor relations, governance
