How will you make an impact?

  • Respond to a high volume of employee queries across a variety of topics, ensuring timely resolution and an outstanding experience at every touchpoint
  • Support employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, leaves, mobility, and offboarding’s, leveraging P&C knowledge ensuring all queries are handled accurately and met within the defined SLA
  • Deliver an exceptional people experience throughout the employee journey, from day one inductions to serving as the trusted first point of contact for all P&C-related enquiries
  • Oversee compliance obligations including support on audits, producing regulatory reports, and ensuring adherence to contractual requirements
  • Provide authoritative interpretation and practical application of P&C policies to support business needs
  • Escalate complex or sensitive P&C matters to senior team members in a timely and professional manner
  • Champion AI-enabled initiatives to transform P&C service delivery and enhance user experience
  • Actively contribute on transformation projects or process excellence initiatives across the P&C function driving positive change and measurable outcomes
  • Assist with the production of ad hoc reports to support data-driven decision making across the P&C function
  • Work globally and manage the case management tool, ensuring queries are logged, tracked, and resolved consistently across all regions

The superpowers you'll be bringing to the team:

Core Experience

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred; equivalent experience considered)
  • 8–15 years' experience in a HR administration, or HR operations role
  • Working knowledge of employment legislation and P&C best practices (or a strong desire to develop this)
  • Experience with HR information systems, and case management tools
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and P&C service delivery
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Process improvement mindset with attention to detail
  • Experience working in a global matrix organisation is must
  • Familiarity with AI applications and driving process excellence within P&C functions is must
  • Prior experience with an online ticketing system and HRIS is must
  • Comfortable dealing with highly confidential information with discretion
  • Organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities to required deadlines
  • Exposure to global HR practices and standards is must
