Global People Services is the team that powers a seamless employee experience across regions and time zones. We support employees through every stage of lifecycle preboarding, data management, benefits, and offboarding while continuously improving how HRoperatesat scale. This role ishandson,high impact, and central to how employees experience HR globally. Where you come in:

  • You will supportglobalBusinessasUsual(BAU) preboarding activities, ensuring tasks are completedaccurately and within defined SLAs from offer acceptance through Day 1 readiness.

  • You will execute preboarding processes for new hires, following established procedures and ensuring data is entered andmaintainedcorrectly across HR systems.

  • You willassistwith preboarding for seniorlevel andhigh-volumehiring, ensuring required steps and documentation are completedin a timely manner

  • You will review andvalidatepreboarding transactions such as start date updates, employee data changes, and onboarding requirements tomaintaindata quality.

  • You will manage ServiceNow (SNOW) tickets related to preboarding inquiries and requests

  • You will ensure knowledge base articles (KBAs) are reviewed and kept up to date where applicable.

  • You willvalidateand correct data discrepancies, ensuring alignment and accuracy across HR systems such as Workday.

  • You will escalate delays, risks, or complex issues to HR Representative 4 or the Supervisorin a timely manner

  • You will helpmonitorwork queues, track progress, and support the team in meeting operational targets andSLAs

What makes you successful:

  • You havehands-onexperience supporting HR operations or preboarding processes using systems such as Workday and ServiceNow.

  • You havea solidunderstanding of preboarding workflows, data entry standards, and Day 1 requirements.

  • You aredetail orientedand able to follow established processes to ensure accuracy and consistency indaytodaytasks.

  • You are comfortable handling transactional work and managing priorities in afastpaced,high-volumeenvironment.

  • You proactively follow up on tasks and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensuretimelycompletion of requirements.

  • You communicate clearly and demonstrate accountability for completing assigned tasks on time and with quality.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • Typically requires a minimum of 4-6 years of related

  • experience and High School diploma/certificateorequivalent.
