
The College of Arts & Sciences has an outstanding opportunity for an HR Operations & Recruitment Manager to join their team.
About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Personnel Services, the HR Operations & Recruitment Manager provides centralized administrative support for the College's staff recruitment, records management, reporting, and approval processes. The position serves as a key resource for departments, centers, and college leadership by ensuring personnel actions, records, and faculty processes are managed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with University policies.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys variety, partnership, and applying HR expertise across multiple employee groups in a complex academic environment.
This role is located on the Seattle campus and operates on a Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule. While primarily onsite, the position may offer up to two remote workdays per week.

About the Team
The College of Arts & Sciences Human Resources team supports departments, centers, faculty, staff, and leadership across a broad and diverse academic organization. The team advances the University's teaching, research, and service missions by facilitating recruitment, retention, promotion, personnel administration, records compliance, and workforce reporting. This position works closely with staff, departmental leadership, and faculty to ensure effective and compliant workforce administration across the College.
