HealthPartners is hiring an HR Operations Project Process Analyst. This position is responsible for the support and development of projects and processes within HR Operations, specifically supporting the HR Service Center and HR Compliance Center of Excellence. This position assists leadership in planning, organizing, and executing projects effectively. It supports process standardization within a shared services model, including documentation, continuous improvement, and efficiency initiatives. The role also facilitates communication across HR Operations and escalates issues or discrepancies to leadership and key stakeholders.
This is a hybrid role, with onsite presence required Tuesday through Thursday, working between our Bloomington and St. Louis Park locations. Schedule and onsite days may be subject to change based on business and team needs.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of 1 year of experience in HR operations, shared services, compliance, or process/project support or 3+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, compliance, or process/project support
General knowledge of HR processes and applicable federal and state employment regulations
Demonstrated success with process improvement or process reengineering initiatives
Experience supporting projects, including meeting facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively as a team member in a collaborative environment
