What will you be doing?
The HR Operations Partner – Americas will play a key role in supporting the execution of HR operational processes across the region. Reporting to the Director, Americas Core HR Operations & Global Process Management, this position partners closely with HR Business Partners, HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), and HR Coordinators to ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant HR operations.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys working across HR systems, data, and process improvement efforts.
Job Responsibilities (inclusive but not limited to):
Operational Support and Process Coordination (50%)
Reporting, Analytics, and Continuous Improvement (30%)
Workforce Impact Support and Project Coordination

This role is based in Mexico You must sign your offer contract in person at Circana’s Mexico City office on your first day. This role can be fully remote with the flexibility to work business hours in Eastern or Central time zones.
The range below reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is up to $557,000 MXN annually, which is a gross salary (before taxes and deductions). This is equivalent to approximately up to $46,417 MXN monthly (gross). We offer a comprehensive package of benefits to eligible employees in Mexico.
