  • Support managers and employees with HR operational queries

Processes & Policies

  • Own the execution of HR processes and policies, ensuring they are followed and embedded

  • Act as a “guardian of process,” holding stakeholders accountable to agreed ways of working

  • Continuously review and improve processes for efficiency and scalability including payroll strategies and optimization

  • Work closely with payroll to ensure effective processes, data flow, and optimisation of payroll-related operations

Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws, internal policies, and audit requirements

  • Maintain accurate documentation and support internal/external audits

  • Help ensure HR processes are applied consistently and in line with governance requirements

  • Proactively identify and address operational or compliance risks

Reporting & Metrics

  • Deliver regular HR reporting and insights to leadership

  • Track key people metrics and support data-driven decision making

  • Build and maintain dashboards to monitor HR performance

M&A Support

  • Support HR operational aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including integration of systems, processes, and data

  • Ensure continuity and compliance during periods of change

  • Assist with harmonisation of HR documentation, processes, and employee data across acquired businesses

What we’re looking for

  • Strong experience in HR Operations in a fast-paced or scaling environment

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and data management

  • Solid understanding of payroll processes

  • Experience running or supporting performance management cycles

  • High attention to detail with a strong process and compliance mindset

  • Ability to operate as a “backend owner” of HR processes while influencing stakeholders

  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and metrics

  • Experience supporting organisational change or M&A is a plus

  • Experience with HiBob is a plus

What we offer

  • Private equity–backed growth journey with strong strategic direction

  • Competitive compensation package

  • Strong benefits package

  • Hybrid working options
